Celebrities and fashion seem to make headlines. Stars are always big business for haute couture and now the Pussycat Dolls, under the direction of Robin Antin, have entered the lingerie market with their recent concert/fashion show at Smashbox Studios in Culver City, California. Pussycat Dolls Lingerie — who would’ve thought.

Aptly named “shhh lingerie” because one is not supposed to know what a woman wears under her clothing, this collection is all but private and discreet. The collection was shown as the final presentation in the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Big stars such as Dr. Dre, Quincy Jones and Sean “Diddy” Combs were seen in the front row seats.

I loved the yellow and blue bra and panty set with the boat anchor on the front of the underpants. The black, red and white camisole and panty was bold and daring with the red bows holding up the stockings. Then there was a plain black camisole and panty that was actually quite pretty with the frilly pants.

The lingerie line will appeal to the younger and smaller set, I am sure, but for the most part, it was upbeat, alive with colour and quite cute.
